Moving to Maine?
Known as The Pine Tree State for its many tall arbors, Maine is arguably the most beautiful and pristine state to move to. Maine is known for its friendly residents and refreshingly briny sea culture, and many famous people like writer Stephen King and abolitionist-author Harriet Beecher Stowe have deep roots in this gorgeous place. Maine’s terrain consists of rocky coastlines and islands sprayed by the Atlantic’s mist to the east with hilly forested regions to the north and west. Only about half of the state is contained in incorporated towns, and ninety percent of the land is forested with dense evergreens and other cool-weather foliage. Historically, Maine was admitted to the union as the 23rd state in 1820, and its original capital at Portland was moved to Augusta in 1832 to centralize it within the state’s geography.
Maine has a tremendous amount to offer to its very fortunate residents, and it is undoubtedly one of the best states to move to. Thanks to all of the trustworthy, friendly Maine movers, moving here is simple. Are you ready to move to Maine, whose motto is, “I lead,” to begin a fresh new chapter in your life?
